Description: April Showers bring Spring Shoppers!

Providence, RI- Sunday April 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.... Come out for a fun day of Shopping and friends with over 100 vendors from Mary Kay Cosmetics to Jewelry and more at the Rhode Island Craft & Vendor Expo to benefit the National Disability Sports Alliance of Rhode Island. Live entertainment, pirates, and a magician are some of the things happening. There will be many door prizes as well as raffles. The event is being held at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The center is located at One Sabin Street in Providence. There is plenty of parking available. Vendors/Crafters are still being sought for more information call Stacey or Joseph at (. Rhode Island State Laws, Licenses, Etc.
• Our event is Licensed and insured and the event is being ran by highly capable individuals who are experienced and qualified.
• Taxes: You are required to have RI License to make sales at Retail, if you don’t have one than you need to enclose a check for $10.00 payable to the State of RI. We will honor you a one day Licensee and collect all taxes from you at the end of the event per order of the State of RI.
• If you have a Retail Lic/Business Certificate, Please enclose a copy for our records. If you don’t bring your license on the day of you will have to pay $10.00 for a one day permit. We need to have this on hand per the State of RI.
• If you have Vendor’s Insurance please include a copy of your policy, however this is not required.
• Refunds will not be given if you can not make the event, Deposits are non refundable.
• NO USED MERCHANDISE IS TO BE SOLD, IF I SEE THIS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE OFFENDING PRODUCT, OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT.
**A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE WITH APPLICATION AND THE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY APRIL 15, 2008. ALL VENDORS WHO MAIL FULL PAYMENT HAVE THE CHANCE TO WIN A PRIZE TO BE DETERMINED BY EVENT PROMOTER.

• Please attach a copy of your Retail Sales/Tax Certificate. If you don’t have one please encloses a check payable to the State of RI for $10.00 and you will have a one-day-certificate assigned to you. Taxes will be collected at the end of the event. MAKE sure you collect 7% RI sales tax on all orders, by law we will collect this at the end of the event.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
• CHECKS & REFUNDS: Make checks payable to Optimal Communications Group, LLC. If for some reason the show is not held, refunds will be made-otherwise no refunds. Any show canceled by you holding only a deposit will require full payment or you will be referred to a collection agency for payment. You will be required to send full payments for each show applied for at this point. You may apply for as many shows as you wish & send one (1) check. No spaces may be re-rented or given to another crafter by you.

RETURNED CHECKS: THE FEE FOR A RETURNED CHECK IS $30.00, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY WITH AN ALTERNATIVE FORM, MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD, ETC.

• PLEASE DONATE A GIFT CERTIFICATE/GIFT ITEM for our Raffle/Silent Auction.
(BRING TO EVENT. WE WILL HAVE TABLES SET UP FOR THIS EVENT.)
• We will consider all Vendors for this event.
• Notification of acceptance to shows will not be sent unless you enclose a SASPC (self addressed stamped, post card).PLEASE ATTACH BOOTH PICTURES, PICTURES OF PRODUCTS. If you would like them returned attach a Self, addressed, stamped envelope and we will return them.
I agree to assume full responsibility for my property I will bring onto the
premises & will not hold NDSA RI, BLAZE SPORTS, OPTIMAL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LLC, SPORTS REVIEW, Rhode Island Convention Center, or anyone else responsible for any damages, personal
injury or theft that may occur at this exhibit. I agree to all the rules & regulations. Once accepted I understand all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
