• The Artists’ Exchange’s 2nd annual Fall Out of Summer (FOOS) Festival on Sunday, September 20th from 11am to dusk, roughly 6pm. The rain date is scheduled for the following Sunday, September 27th from 11am to dusk.

• Vendors can arrive as early as 8am to set up. Artisans must supply own display, including table(s) and chair(s). There will be an additional registration fee for each additional space. Each space is approximately 9’x9’. This includes your sitting, storage, loading and display space.

• A registration fee of $60 is required with this application and your entry. You will receive a refund should you not be chosen to participate. Registrations received by August 1, 2009 will qualify for a reduced fee of $50.

• All vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event.

• No refunds will be given after you are accepted into the show.

• The Artists’ Exchange is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft during the event.

• Our event is family-oriented. We reserve the right to require removal of any items which we do not deem appropriate for our audience.

• Your application, payment and images must be received by Friday, August 28th. Images will be returned if you include a self-addressed stamped envelope. The Artists’ Exchange will contact all vendors who have been accepted by Friday, September 4th.

2009 FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

EVENT INFORMATION AND TERMS:

The Fall Out of Summer (FOOS) Festival will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2009 with a rain date of Sunday, September 27, 2009. The event is scheduled to take place from 11am to dusk, roughly 6pm.
The event will take place behind Artists’ Exchange, in our rear lot, as well as the adjacent lot of Citizens Bank.
Vendors can begin setting up as early as 8am. All vendors will need to be set up for vending by 11am.
Vendors are expected to remain set up until dusk, roughly 6pm.
Vendors are expected to supply their own displays and seating (for vendors).
No electricity will be provided for vendors.
• A registration fee of $125 is required with this application. You will receive a refund should you not be chosen to participate. Registrations received by August 1, 2009 will qualify for a reduced fee of $100.

No refunds will processed after vendors have been accepted.
Artists’ Exchange is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft during the event.
